Smarts Domains (“the Service”) provides an AI-assisted domain name discovery and evaluation tool. Results are informational and do not guarantee registration, valuation, or legal clearance of any domain.
2. Availability checks
Availability statuses shown in results are based on real-time RDAP and DNS lookups at the moment of your query. Domains can change status at any time. Always confirm availability with a registrar before relying on a decision.
3. Trademark and legal clearance
We perform a surface-level trademark scan as a signal, not a legal opinion. You are solely responsible for conducting full trademark searches and legal clearance before acquiring or using any domain.
4. Affiliate links
Registration links may include affiliate parameters. We may earn a commission when you register a domain through these links at no extra cost to you.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to generate names intended for fraud, impersonation, or trademark infringement. Abuse results in immediate access termination.
6. Warranty
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
